Expectations for Trip Participants
- ITT Watermark trips will be physically and emotionally challenging. They occur in areas of extreme need and rough terrain. Please consider your health before applying.
- You must be willing to document your experience during the trip and report back post-trip to your site’s HR and Communications team (e.g. on the number of people impacted, results of monitoring/assessment).
- You must be willing to allow ITT to use photographic images, video or audio recordings and information relating to the trip.
- You must be willing and able to commit to monitoring related activities for a maximum of 10 hours a day for the length of the trip.
- If accepted, you must receive medical clearance and all necessary vaccinations and medications prior to trip departure, as dictated by your doctor and ITT; ITT will pay for these services.
- If accepted, you must apply for and obtain all necessary travel visas and/or documentation for travel abroad. ITT will coordinate and pay for these services.
