Work / Cost / Security Information
- ITT Watermark assignments will be treated as work assignments – all relevant benefit plans, statutory protections (e.g. workers compensation) and/or employee contract protections (if any) will be applicable.
- ITT will cover individual trip costs, including travel and lodging expenses. You will be paid normal weekly wages for the period of the volunteer trip. ITT will pay you for your time traveling to or working on an ITT Watermark assignment consistent with applicable laws, your collective bargaining agreement, if any, and/or your current employee contract, if any.
- To ensure your safety, ITT’s Security department will evaluate on-the-ground safety concerns for each trip destination. The destination area must receive security clearance prior to trip departure. If necessary, additional security will be made available to ensure the safety of ITT employees
