Trip Process

If you are selected to participate in a school monitoring trip, you will be asked to complete an additional form provided by Water For People. All selected applicants must participate in a series of webinars that will include information on:

• Security – risks and precautions
• Vaccinations – which shots you need and when
• Visa – what is required and how to obtain
• Travel arrangements – how to book and bill
• Country of destination – facts on country, culture, local customs, insights about the locations and more
• Task briefing – goals for the trip and how to achieve them, what you need to bring (appropriate clothing, etc.) and details on hotels, locations and in-country travel
