Selection Process

Applicants are selected by a committee comprised of global ITT executives representing Human Resources, Philanthropy, Defense and Fluid and Motion Control. In addition to the employee eligibility criteria stated in the original form, selection criteria may include:

• Language skills
• An even distribution between Value Centers
• Personal and business experience
• Ability to communicate trip experience and serve as an internal ITT Watermark leader
• Local recommendations

Selected participants will be notified personally. Participation is contingent upon approval from the applicant’s direct manager and local HR team.
